Bullying can affect everyone; the victim, the perpetrator, and the eyewitness. Bullying is also linked to harmful results such as mental health issues, substance abuse and ultimately suicide. It is important to have conversations with your children about their knowledge of bullying and if they know of others who are being bullied or bullying.
